Panthers to bench Bryce young for Andy Dalton as reported

After Sunday’s loss to the Chargers, head coach Dave Canales was asked if he may bench quarterback Bryce young and play Andy Dalton and replied, “Bryce is our quarterback.”
Canales has reputedly changed  his thoughts.
In line with Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, the Panthers are benching young to begin Dalton — starting with this week’s matchup towards the Raiders.
Young, the No. 1 pick of the 2023 draft, has appeared overmatched in his first two starts offevolved of the season. He has completed just fifty five.Four percentage of his throws for 245 yards with three interceptions.

His passer rating is forty four.1 and he’s averaging just 4.Four yards in step with a try.
